The Director Marketing and Communications is responsible for leading the development implementation and oversight of the Energy Security Corporations brand communications and corporate affairs functions. The role provides strategic advice to the CEO and Executive Team and ensures that the ESCs mandate priorities and activities are clearly and consistently communicated to government industry stakeholders and the public.
The Director oversees external and internal communications media management digital channels and engagement activities ensuring that the organisations reputation is effectively managed and that communication strategies support the ESCs strategic objectives statutory responsibilities and program delivery. The role leads the coordination of ministerial.
About You
To be successful in this position you will be an experienced marketing and communications executive with a strong track record in leading a marketing and communications team in a growing and complex organisation. You will be a strong people leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will also be a strategic thinker and a key influencer to help the ESC delivering on their critical short-term and long-term objectives.
