Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead and deliver facilities real estate and capital improvement projects while supporting the day-to-day operational needs of our sites. This role blends hands-on project management with facilities coordination ensuring projects are completed on time on budget and with minimal disruption to operations.
The ideal candidate is organized proactive and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across construction IT security vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Project Management
Plan manage and execute facilities and real estate projects from concept through close-out
Develop project scopes schedules budgets and risk mitigation plans
Coordinate architects engineers contractors vendors and consultants
Track project progress manage change orders and control costs
Ensure compliance with building codes safety standards and company policies
Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Support site renovations relocations expansions and infrastructure upgrades
Key Responsibilities Facilities Operations
Support day-to-day facilities operations across assigned locations
Coordinate maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance programs
Partner with IT Security and Operations teams on site needs and upgrades
Oversee vendor performance and service contracts
Assist with space planning furniture moves and workplace improvements
Respond to facilities-related issues and escalate as needed
Additional Responsibilities
Support facilities-related audits inspections and compliance activities
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Participate in emergency preparedness and response planning
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Facilities Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5 years of experience in facilities construction or project management
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of building systems and construction processes
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Experience in regulated secure environments
Familiarity with CMMS or facilities management software
Strong working knowledge of network infrastructure
