Job Summary

Integration Development: Design build test and deploy Workday integrations (Studio EIB Core Connectors PECI WECI).
Full Lifecycle Support: Lead or support the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering analysis and design to configuration testing and post-go-live support.
Technical Consulting: Translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.
Data Migration & Reporting: Handle complex data conversions and develop custom reports.
Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to guide configuration and testing mentoring junior team members.
Troubleshooting: Monitor troubleshoot and resolve integration errors and failures.
