YOUR TASKS

• Monitoring accountsand contacting clients (calls e-mails) to ask about their overdue payments
• Investigating and resolving unapplied payments
• Initiating refunds for the overpayments
• Updating account status records and collection efforts
• Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluent German and English (C1 level)
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
• High analytical and problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs
• Bachelors degree or a students status
