About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team in this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities engaging with potential clients and supporting the sales pipeline in the German market.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills in German and English who is eager to develop a career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the German market
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone email and social platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1/C2) English (minimum B2)
- Previous experience in sales business development or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a dynamic target-driven environment
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible start time between 07:00 AM and 10:00 AM
- Latest finish time: 07:00 PM
