Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Estimator located in Raleigh NC. Day-to-day tasks involve reviewing project plans and specifications obtaining bids from vendors and subcontractors performing quantity take-offs / calculations and assisting in the preparation of bid proposals.

Training

We will provide software training for the right candidate

Qualifications

Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of construction processes and materials.
Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Bachelors degree not required but it is a plus.
