Senior Lead GENAI Engineer

Location: BLR ATC Bengaluru

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead GENAI Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI and agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will lead AI/ML engineering projects driving innovation and excellence in the development of AI solutions that enhance user experiences and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design development and implementation of generative AI models and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and enhancement.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML development.
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and trends to inform project direction.
Ensure the quality and performance of AI models through rigorous testing and validation.
Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in Generative AI and agentic AI frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.
Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch).
Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and software engineering principles.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on generative AI.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML domains.
