A Day in the life as an HR Analyst:
Join our HR Shared Services team where youll contribute to delivering HR support across the employee lifecycle. As an HR Analyst I youll provide comprehensive administrative support while ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. Working with HR technologies and systems youll handle employee inquiries maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements that enhance the colleague experience.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in the following preferred Fields of Study: HR Business Administration or other business related field
No prior experience in HR administration and Shared Services is required but would be considered an advantage
Professional fluency in English and French
Relevant professional HR certifications are also advantageous.
Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday ServiceNow) and case management systems is preferred
Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Basic knowledge of HR practices policies and employment regulations
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results
Professional demeanor and adaptability
Experience in benefits administration time & attendance systems is a plus
