Learn more about us as a workplace are now looking for a Sales Manager France Graphics to join our team at UPM Adhesive Materials Graphics Solutions Business. This is a fully remote position based in France.
What you will do
- Develop net sales margin average value and product mix in line with targets for the assigned customer portfolio
- Plan and lead facetoface customer meetings as well as Teams meetings when appropriate
- Utilize sales tools effectively to keep all customer information accurate and up to date
- Manage the customer business portfolio to deliver the required profitability and implement corrective actions where targets are not met
- Negotiate annual business terms and marketing collaboration agreements with customers and ensure proper documentation and legal storage
- Provide sales forecasts manage the opportunity pipeline and communicate new opportunities wins and losses
- Engage relevant internal stakeholders- such as Graphics Sales Team members Customer Service Product Management Product Development & Innovation Business Control Marketing and any function to support customer activities
- Participate in customer inquiry handling and support claim resolution with the aim of solving customers problems
- Deliver Graphics market and business intelligence related to customer activity and enduse insights
- Maintain accounts receivable within target levels and act promptly on overdue items
- Collect customers balance sheets and other required documentation for credit control when needed
- Provide product consultancy and customer training based on identified needs
- Create account plans and drive execution of actions that develop customers business at their brand from our Graphics business
- Participate in industry events and exhibitions when required
- Build and enhance relationships with the key channel partners and distributors to increase sales for our UPM graphics solutions brands in France
Who you are
- You have experience or knowledge of the graphics or labelling industry including products services and market dynamics
- You have a proven track record in sales ideally in B-to-B environment field sales supported by strong commercial skills and understanding of sales methodologies and processes
- You have a relevant commercial education and the technical understanding needed to work with complex products
- You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills including effective networking and prioritization abilities
- You speak French and English fluently; additional languages are an advantage
- You have sustainability awareness relevant to customer discussions and market expectations
- You demonstrate selfleadership and the ability to support and adapt to change
