Job Summary

Description

Procures and manages spare parts and finished goods to mee the Australia services organization. To liaison planned and actual demand from both internal and external parties. Facilitates order fulfillment by managing transportation distribution and other related processes. Defines develops and executes sourcing strategies designed to achieve fulfillment obligations in the most cost effective efficient and compliant manner.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinates and implements the weekly reporting
  • Co-ordinates effectively with the field service team for the replenishment of stocks and defectives returns from the field
  • Provides support for multiple sites / locations / products
  • Define and track planning KPIs (Forecast Accuracy Bias OTIF Inventory Turns) to drive performance transparency
  • Plays a key role in the development of processes and standards to ensure effective Scheduling & Fulfillment support for both internal and external customers.
  • Provides support during the vendor contracting process to ensure contracts are developed according to company and/or customer standards.
  • Maintains and executes purchasing policies and plans to ensure standards are met for timely delivery of materials / services at the best price terms and targeted quality.
  • Ensures maintenance of optimum inventory levels to guarantee all product materials and tools are in the right place at the right time.
  • Monitors Scheduling & Fulfillment operations to identify areas of concern / potential improvement and develop and recommend resolution strategies.
  • Works with partners to identify the root cause of noted operational issues; identifying proposing and helping implement process improvements.
  • Develops cost and operational models to understand sourcing purchasing and related financial metrics.
  • Interfaces with and supports internal and external auditors.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Scheduling and Fulfillment.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
