Responsibilities
- Maintain internal and client calendars including blocking time and monitoring scheduling changes
- Send meeting requests and manage calendar invites including out-of-office updates
- Keep project team resourcing documentation up to date
- Maintain a shared calendar with key info: teams onsite presence out-of-office schedules large team events and leadership team meetings
- Support planning andlogisticsfor team events including venue booking catering coordination and RSVP tracking
- Support in ad-hoc coordinationactivities with Partner Operations Analyst and project delivery teams
Qualifications
- Highly organized reliable and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Excel Word (experience with calendar and event coordination a plus)
- Prior internship or administrative support experience preferred
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive self-starting attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Fast learner who thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

- This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work
