Position Overview

The Paloma is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Clerk to support daily business operations. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records across inventory vendor management sourcing and client project tracking. The ideal candidate is proactive reliable and capable of working independently in a fast-paced creative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter update and maintain data across internal systems and databases

  • Manage and organize product inventory and vendor information

  • Assist with tracking purchase orders invoices and sourcing documentation

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data related to materials furnishings and accessories

  • Maintain organized digital files and records

  • Support the design and operations teams with administrative and data management tasks

  • Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies

  • Prepare reports and summaries for internal stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and data integrity

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred

  • Proven experience in data entry administrative support or a related role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) and Google Workspace

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with inventory sourcing or vendor management systems is a plus

  • Interest in interior design home goods or luxury retail is preferred
