Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers contractors and subcontractors to oversee project progress.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules budgets and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide support in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
