Your Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously refine a multi-year digital delivery roadmap ensuring feasibility and sequencing across systems and platforms;
- Main task: Oversee and challenge complex cross-platform initiatives with a strong focus on project management and technical integrity dependencies risk and in-time delivery;
- Act as Program Manager for selected key initiatives with hands-on involvement in structuring planning and execution tracking;
- Ensure end-to-end transparency on delivery including progress risks trade-offs and value realization;
- Ensure business case validity tracking and delivery of expected outcomes;
- Whenever needed ensure rapid turnaround of strategic initiatives;
- Establish and drive governance structures to ensure successful delivery (including Steering Committees with executive stakeholders);
- Work closely with platform leads architecture and engineering leads to validate solution approaches and delivery plans;
- Work closely with CIO Office incl. flexibility for ad-hoc work related to CIO priorities;
- Drive pragmatic change and adoption ensuring initiatives land effectively in the organization.
Qualifications :
Required key competencies and qualifications:
- 7 years of experience either in enterprise IT or top-tier IT consultancy;
- Proven track record of managing complex large-scale digital programs and portfolios;
- Strong hands-on understanding of IT build and delivery (e.g. product delivery engineering integration infrastructure & services legacy modernization etc.);
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous topics and turn them into actionable plans;
- Comfortable working hands-on and independently without formal team leadership;
- Strong senior stakeholder management and reporting skills with the ability to challenge constructively;
- Very good fluency in English (written and verbal) German preferred.
