概要
エンゲージメントマネージャーとしてGuidewire ClaimCenterプロジェクトを責任を持って滞りなく進めていただきますその他プロジェクト計画の管理ITプログラムチームのリードプロジェクトの納期および予算内での完了の確保等をおまかせします
職務内容と責任:
- Guidewire ClaimCenterプロジェクトにおけるシステム開発プロセス全体を監督する
- ビジネスパートナーおよび共有サービスと連携してプロジェクト計画を策定管理する
- プロジェクト管理プロセスを適用しITプログラムチームをリード管理する
- プロジェクト上の課題を解決しリスクを管理する
- プロジェクト会議を実施し進捗を追跡する
- ベンダーのパフォーマンスが契約仕様およびSLAを満たしていることを確認する
- プロジェクトチームメンバーに対して技術的および分析的サポートを提供する
Job Description - Grade Specific
応募条件と資格:
- 日本の顧客向けプロジェクトをベンダーとして実施した経験が5年以上あること
- 顧客対応の業務レベルのステークホルダーとのやり取り経験
- プロジェクト管理の概念およびSDLCシステム開発ライフサイクル手法に精通していること
- 顧客課題の解決において現地のデリバリーチームと協力して業務を遂行できる能力
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語がネイティブレベルであること
歓迎される経験:
- 保険業界または金融サービス業界での経験
- Agile/Leanの経験を持つPMP資格保有者
- Guidewireクラウドの経験
言語要件:
- 日本語ネイティブ
- 英語あれば尚可必須ではない
- その他の言語中国語あれば尚可
