Improve processes implement change and create measurable organisational impact.
The Advisory Graduate Programme (AGP) provides a structured entry into consulting across four rotations over 24 months. The Management Consulting domain focuses on operational improvement transformation and implementation across industries. Early project exposure supports the development of analytical and consulting capabilities.
The programme offers broad exposure before specialisation and continuous coaching to define a long-term consulting focus aligned with strengths and interests. After successful completion transition into a permanent consulting role.

Your Impact

  • Conduct research on organizations and industries and facilitate interviews and workshops to gather stakeholder insights.
  • Identify business challenges perform data analysis and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze processes and operating models to drive transformation and optimization initiatives.
  • Develop implementation plans and support execution management from strategy to action.
  • Monitor progress evaluate outcomes and ensure sustainable impact.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment through workshops and meetings.
  • Support project management activities including coordination planning and delivery tracking.

Your Profile

  • Masters degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Up to one year of experience in consulting start-up or comparable business environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving and critical thinking capability.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.
  • Collaborative and adaptable working style in fast-paced environments.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive mindset and a genuine interest in solving complex challenges bringing your own ideas and perspectives to the table.
  • Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.
