Work on market growth and business model questions shaping organisational direction.
The Advisory Graduate Programme (AGP) provides a structured entry into consulting across four rotations over 24 months. The Strategy Consulting domain focuses on market analysis business models and strategic problem solving across industries. Early project exposure supports the development of analytical and consulting capabilities.
The programme offers broad exposure before specialisation and continuous coaching to define a long-term consulting focus aligned with strengths and interests. After successful completion transition into a permanent consulting role.

Your Impact

  • Conduct market competitor and financial analyses to support strategy development.
  • Analyze business and operational challenges and derive strategic solutions improving competitiveness and performance.
  • Optimize value chains operational excellence initiatives and operating model structures across supply chains.
  • Support strategic transformation and efficiency programs including cost optimization sustainability initiatives and operating model design.
  • Prepare clear management presentations and actionable recommendations for national and international clients.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements across client organizations.
  • Collaborate with international teams and multidisciplinary experts to deliver tailored solutions.

Your Profile

  • Masters degree in Business Economics Finance Engineering Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Up to one year of practical experience in strategy operational transformation supply chain production or industrial management.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and Word; Visio or programming skills advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual problem-structuring capability.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills in client-facing situations.
  • Proactive team-oriented mindset in ambiguous business environments.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive mindset and a genuine interest in solving complex challenges bringing your own ideas and perspectives to the table.
  • Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.
