Are you up for this
- Responsible for preparing all event documentation for assigned functions meetings conferences and events
- Assist with the planning & execution of local catering and social event opportunities
- Prepare detailed proposals contracts and banquet event orders that are tailored to client requirements
- Work alongside all property departments and the customer to ensure consistent high level of service throughout pre-event event and post-event phases of property events
- Input all group data information into each system maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Act as an ambassador for Moxy Sydney Airport and promote awareness of the hotel
About You:
- Relevant industry experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
