What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients employees and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders site-specific policies and security-related procedures at the front desk.
• Control facility access by verifying identification issuing visitor credentials managing sign-in and sign-out logs and directing guests to the appropriate location.
• Monitor alarms cameras access control systems and communications equipment documenting irregular activity and escalating concerns per site guidelines to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete detailed security-related reports and shift documentation including incident reports access logs and pass-down notes and communicate updates to the next shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
