Key Focus Areas

Support cross-functional projects and track milestones
Participate in Kaizen workshops and process mapping
Analyze operational data and build performance dashboards
Contribute to digital transformation and process innovation

Requirements

BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
1-2 years experience preferably within an FMCG environment.
Certified Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen (advantageous)
Exposure to data tools (Excel Power BI SQL) advantageous
Strong analytical communication and collaboration skills
