Room Leader Up to 29000

Join a nursery rated Good by Ofsted with bright well-resourced rooms and a large outdoor space including a mud kitchen and sand area. Children are given time and space to explore building confidence and skills while you lead your room taking responsibility for staff routines planning and day-to-day care. As Room Leader you will ensure high-quality practice in your room supporting both children and staff to thrive.

Before You Apply

A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
Recent experience leading a room in an EYFS nursery setting is essential.
This role is not suitable for applicants without hands-on leadership experience in a nursery.

What Youll Need

Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
Recent experience leading a room within an EYFS nursery
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child development
Confidence managing staff routines and room practice

What Youll Do

Lead your room managing staff routines and resources
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
Act as a key person maintaining learning journals and tracking childrens progress
Plan and adapt activities based on childrens interests and developmental needs
Ensure health safety safeguarding and hygiene standards are maintained
Communicate with parents about their childs development and day-to-day experiences
