What we are looking for

• An individual with strong interpersonal skills and good people management ability
• Being innovative pro-active and reliable able to work alone and within ateam.
• Sufficient experience in a similar position
• An ambassador who must have a passion forhospitality.

JOB SUMMARY

A real people person and at ease in building relationships with the hotels high profile guests. The position requires a self-motivator with a positive attitude and an understanding of superior guest satisfaction to ensure the hotels guest are looked after with the highest level of proactive guest service. The Lobby Host will also:

• Respond to any questions from guests and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
• Supply guests with information regarding property amenities services room features and local areas of interest and activities.
• Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest requests.
• Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience

• Previous experience working within a Customer Service environment preferred

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong Communication skills (verbal listening writing)
• Pro-active and reliable
• Able to work alone and within a team

Education or Certification

• Good level of English essential
