Whatyoullbe doing
In collaboration with the Product Manager you will work with line of business partners to create the client journey from evaluating communication channels targeting requirements offer constructs and fulfillment rules. You will be responsible for identifying any technical requirements needed in order to successfully deliver on all business requirements documenting and reviewing them with partners across Technology Data Science Digital Platforms and QA. You will work with Tech Leads Product Managers Developers and Solution Architects across the program to create an end-to-end Technical Solutions Roadmap for each new client journey.
You will be the key point of contact for the development teams to ensure that any component builds are compatible with each other and the overall solution design.
You will be responsible for all delivery-facing requirements monitoring the development & launch of component builds in production and integrating them into the overall end-to-end addition you will be the owner of all client journey builds managing the journey creation tactic implementation and data integration leveraging platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You will plan & execute the Business Pilot for any net new client journeys creating the test cases coordinating the recruitment and communication plan for test users and manage the launch of the Pilot build. You will work with users to collect feedback monitor test case progression and cascade any issues or feedback to the team. With the verification of a successful Pilot as well as for any optimizations for established client journeys you will act as the Journey Release Manager.
