Job Summary
Job Description
- Analyze and integrate different information systems or building blocks.
- Execute data analysis and data modelling.
- Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture.
- Design/development/maintenance of applications that reflect the specifications.
- Participate in the deployment and configuration of the system (s).
- Production of software architecture documents.
- Participation in technical working groups progress meetings and meetings with the Project Team.
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing analysis technical documentation deployment evaluation and reporting.
- Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture.
- Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud if applicable.
- Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team
- Bachelors degree and 13 years of experience OR Master and 9 years of experience (experience cannot overlap with studies).
Hold one or more of the following certifications is an advantage:
- Oracle Certified Professional Java Application Developer
- Angular Certification
- Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Google Professional Cloud Architect
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in applications design and JAVA development.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in architecture best practices and patterns.
- No less than 2 years of recent experience in Angular/JS development.
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in relational DBMS (especially Oracle DB SQL).
- At least 2 years of recent experience in interoperability technology (web services message-oriented middleware service-oriented bus event architecture).
- At least 2 years of recent experience in Agile and Agile toolbox (e.g. JIRA Confluence BigPicture Balsamiq etc).
- Very good knowledge of the following technologies: Hibernate GIT MAVEN XML JSON SOAP REST
- Excellent communicator and capability to speak to business and technical audiences in public institutions.
- Good redaction skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent critical thinker by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Experience with the following is considered an advantage:
- Understanding of Clients building blocks like EU Login eUI CNS and e-Delivery.
- Knowledge of serverless development and NoSQL databases.
- Experience and specific expertise in A/B Blue/Green and Canary deployments.
- Proficiency in English language at a minimum C1 level.
- Proficiency in French language at a minimum B1 level is considered an asset.
