Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java / TIBCO Developer to design develop and support enterprise-grade integration solutions. This role focuses on building scalable applications using Java/J2EE technologies and TIBCO BusinessWorks while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong integration expertise database experience and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development

Design develop and maintain applications using Java/J2EE technologies.

Implement scalable and high-performance enterprise solutions.
Integration & Middleware
-
Build configure and support integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks.

Develop and maintain enterprise integration workflows and services.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration and middleware-related issues.
Database Development
-
Develop and optimize database components using relational databases (Oracle preferred).

Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures as required.
Requirements & Solutioning

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Propose scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

Produce comprehensive technical documentation.
Collaboration & Support

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Support production issues and participate in root cause analysis.
Required Skills
-
5-10 years of overall IT experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Java / J2EE development.

Expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks.

Experience with relational databases (Oracle preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a strong delivery mindset.
Preferred Skills

Experience in the investment or financial services domain.

Exposure to AWS cloud environments.
