Job Summary
Job Title: Java Sr. Developer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using Spring Cloud Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements
- Must have extensive experience in implementing REST API using reactive programming eg. Spring WebFlux.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate applications that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Utilize Spring Integration and Spring MVC to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality across various systems and platforms.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of developed applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Skills:
- Analyze and optimize existing systems to improve scalability security and performance. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance development practices and solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and practices.
- Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting to address and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all development activities.
- Document technical specifications and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
- Willingness to work on tasks beyond coding and development i.e. data mapping API contract design etc
