Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive the pursuit of large complex FM opportunities in Gauteng.
- Build and leverage senior level networks to grow strategic partnerships.
- Develop integrated FM solutions with operations engineering finance and technical teams.
- Oversee commercial strategy including pricing value propositions negotiations and bid governance.
- Lead the qualification and submission of high value tenders and proposals.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management forecasting and opportunity tracking.
- Represent Tsebo at industry events and executive forums as a sector thought leader.
- Provide market insights on trends competitors and innovation to support strategy.
- Strengthen key client relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Collaborate internally to ensure solution feasibility and contract success.
