Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Drive the pursuit of large complex FM opportunities in Gauteng.
  • Build and leverage senior level networks to grow strategic partnerships.
  • Develop integrated FM solutions with operations engineering finance and technical teams.
  • Oversee commercial strategy including pricing value propositions negotiations and bid governance.
  • Lead the qualification and submission of high value tenders and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management forecasting and opportunity tracking.
  • Represent Tsebo at industry events and executive forums as a sector thought leader.
  • Provide market insights on trends competitors and innovation to support strategy.
  • Strengthen key client relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure solution feasibility and contract success.
