Each dayyoullgoabove and beyondto:
Own and grow a diverse business banking portfolio with a strong focus on commercial real estate investors smalldevelopmentsand SME clients
Build deeplong-termrelationships with customersbrokersand professional networks to drive sustainable growth
Identifynew opportunities through commercial insight and business acumen not just credit structuring
Partner closely with internal specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions not siloed products
Contribute to ateamdriven highenergy environment where performance collaboration and initiative are genuinely valued

Background in business banking commercial lending credit or broader financial services (Experience welcome not a dealbreaker)
