Responsibilities
- Scheduling of Medical Orders Specialist team.
- Supervising staff to include evaluating training and mentoring.
- Troubleshooting issuesand providing feedbackregardingthe Orders Management process.
- Identify areas of inefficiencies and implement procedural changes to improve processes.
- Assiststaffwith the Orders Management processes as needed.
- Inputting datausing a computerin required software systems.
- Must have the ability to hold in confidence any informationregardingpatients personnel or any other matters which are confidential in nature.
- Participates in the ongoing development of competencies capabilitiestechnologyand the resources needed to achievehigh standardsof efficiency and effectiveness.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2)yearsmedical record or medical office experience.
- A minimum of one (1)yearleadership experience is.
