Description
The Social Media Manager creates and executes dynamic digital content and campaigns that boost engagement strengthen brand presence and drive ticket sales for 240 annual events across MEMIs owned operated and managed this fast-paced creativity-driven role they produce daily-to-monthly content capture live event photo and video maintain accurate digital event information and collaborate with internal teams to deliver both fan-facing and partner-focused messaging. By engaging with fans tracking trends and using analytics to guide strategy the Social Media Manager strengthens MEMIs digital presence and brings the live music experience to life across all platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule daily weekly and monthly content supporting show announcements on-sales promotions and day-of-show updates.
- Research and implement trending content formats to keep channels fresh and culturally relevant.
- Maintain and update event information across MEMIs website app and digital platforms.
- Create photo and video content during events to capture the venue experience.
- Develop and manage integrated social media campaigns for 240 events annually across platforms including Facebook X (Twitter) Instagram and TikTok.
- Work alongside the Sponsorship team to execute partner social media deliverables and promotional giveaways.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries comments and concerns.
- Develop targeted email strategies using customer and artist data to reach diverse audience segments.
- Design compelling graphics
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategy to maximize engagement and ticket sales.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in social media marketing preferably in live entertainment events or sports.
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven social campaigns.
- Photography and videography skills a plus.
- Proficiency in social scheduling analytics and content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for live music and community engagement.
