Handle complaints and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate records ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
Contribute ideas to improve processes customer experience and claims outcomes

Experience in motor claims recoveries or settlements with a focus on achieving fair and timely outcomes
Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage challenging situations with empathy
Effective negotiation problem-solving and decision-making abilities
