クライアントの企業変革支援にとどまらずデータAIなどに関する最先端テクノロジーの研究活動にも従事し学術研究機関とも連携しながら研究成果を社会に発信していく役割も担います

主な業務内容

• 企業のデータ活用戦略AI導入戦略策定
• 生成AI機械学習データアナリティクスを用いた業務プロセス高度化
• 大規模データを用いた分析モデル開発AIソリューションの導入
• グローバルチームとの協業

応募資格

• コンサルティングファームや事業会社等でのデータAI関連業務の実務経験
• 機械学習統計モデリング生成AI自然言語処理画像認識などの先端AI領域に関する知見開発経験
• データ基盤構築ELTBIツールの経験
• 国内外の関係者と調整交渉しながらプロジェクトを推進できるコミュニケーション力
• 日本語でのコミュニケーション力 (日本語能力検定 2級以上)
• 海外勤務経験があれば尚可

Capgemini Invent has launched our Japan office on Sep 1 2025 and is now actively seeking founding members.

This new office will be aselect and high-caliber consulting team combining Capgemini Groups extensive global expertise and network with leadership from top-tier consulting firms and experts from Invent Global.

Your role

In this role youll focus on leading complex high-impact engagements and orchestrating end-to-end transformation initiatives across data AI and business innovation.

Main Responsibilities

• Development of corporate data utilization and AI adoption strategies
• Business enhancement using Generative AI machine learning and data analytics
• Large-scale data analysis model development and implementation of AI solutions
• Collaboration with global teams

Your Profile

• Practical Data/AI-related experience in a consulting firm or corporate environment
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in advanced AI domains such as machine learning statistical modeling generative AI natural language processing or computer vision
• Experience in building data platforms ELT processes or BI tools
• Strong communication skills to drive projects forward while coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders both in Japan and overseas
• Proficiency in Japanese communication (Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level N2 or higher)
• Overseas work experience is a plus
