Job Summary

This is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use Bluebeam for take offs
Completing the scope of works including using site photos for reference
Communicate with external trades to gain pricing and establish trade bases (in specific locations)
Prepare a complete quotation and prepare it for submission
Access Odoo as needed to gain additional details for quotes.
Enter additional data into Odoo as necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience in Estimating roles preferably within Fit Outs and Fixtures
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Bluebeam (essential)
Familiarity with software systems such as 1Breadcrumb Aconex Odoo Inventory Xero and CRM platforms
Good understanding of compliance processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills to communicate competing priorities
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
