The company operates across the entire supply chain from cattle production and farming through to processing and distribution for both domestic and international export markets including Asia North America and the Middle East.
With a strong commitment to sustainability food safety and quality assurance Greenmountain operates a modern export processing facility in Coominya Queensland and distributes products across Australia and international markets.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking to add a General Administration & Accounts Assistant. This role will be an all-rounder position providing support across administrative tasks export documentation preparation and basic accounts administration.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the team with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth coordination of documentation financial records and administrative workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Export Documentation Support
Prepare and process export and shipping documentation accurately and within deadlines.
Maintain organised records of export and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather required shipment information.
Accounts & Finance Administration
Assist with invoicing and support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Perform data entry of financial records and cross-check supplier bills for accuracy.
Support the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Maintain organised digital filing systems and documentation.
Assist with data management reporting and other operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential
Previous experience in administration accounts administration or bookkeeping support
Strong attention to detail particularly with documentation
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Experience with data entry and document management
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
Preferred
Experience with export documentation or logistics administration
Experience supporting accounts payable / receivable
Experience preparing invoices
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero MYOB or similar)
Experience working with Australian businesses

Quickbooks Experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Desired Skills or Qualifications: Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word Certification Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
