Job Summary:

Teach curriculum of Independent School District 196.
Carry out responsibilities as defined by the master contract.
Carry out responsibilities as defined by the principal.
Maintain good communication and cooperation with staff and parents.

Qualifications:

Licensed by the state of Minnesota to teach (Transportation Careers 7-12) or eligible for community expert variance in Aviation Occupations or Transportation Careers or eligible for Community Expert/Variance.
FAA Ground Instructor license (BGI or AGI) preferred
FAA Pilot Licensure (Private or Commercial) preferred
Understanding of FAA written exams and best practices for preparing students for success on them
Strong general academic background.
Ability to relate positively to students staff and community.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally ethnically racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.
