Job Summary
At Hilton Minneapolis we believe every stay starts and ends with exceptional service. As a Bellperson / Door Attendant you are the first and last impression of our hotel setting the tone with a warm welcome professional presence and genuine hospitality.
What will I be doing
As a Bellperson/Door Attendant you would be responsible for transferring and storing luggage and responding to guest requests. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
Retrieve and transport guest items including but not limited to luggage packages and boxes
- Tag organize and store luggage as needed according to guidelines
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
Ensure that management/leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments
Assist with room moves special luggage deliveries and/or pulls and attend the main lobby front door and front drive as needed
Assist in the maintenance appearance and functionality of equipment
- Pay: $16.37/hour tips/gratuity
