Hilton Arlington National Landing is searching for a talented Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead the team! Boasting 393 rooms 3 Food & Beverage Outlets and 23000 square feet of meeting space this beautifully vibrant property offers a great next step for a talented/experienced food and beverage leader looking for a new and exciting career move.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic leader who enjoys being hands on has strong communication skills 1-2 years of experience in a F&B leadership role Previous union and Banquets experience is a plus but not required.

Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Shift Pattern: Open availability with weekend and holiday work required

What will I be doing

As a Restaurant Supervisor you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Supervise support schedule assign daily work inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
  • Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
