Duties and Responsibilities

Primary
1. Deliver a million dollar transition programe from Mainframe to Open/Cloud.
2. Manage onsite offshore team to deliver the project on time quality and budget.
3. Work with client closely to resolve any issues.

Secondly
1. Support sales team for exploring the business opportunities.
2. Support practices to improve capabilities and methodologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

Must Have:
1. 10 years Mainframe technologies with COBOL application development experiences.
2. 5 years Project management with onsite and offshore delivery model.
3. Experienced or familiar with Mainframe application operation and support.
4. Experienced or familiar with HULFT.
5. Communication and presentation skills with professional Japanese (N1 or Native) and business English.

Nice to Have:
1. Understand or experienced Hitachi Mainframe with OS VOS-3.
2. Understand or experienced Assembler JCL and job scheduler (A-Auto).
3. Knowledge on MicroFocus COBOL.
4. Control-M or JP1.
5. Basic knowledge or experience on cloud environment (AWS or Google Cloud).
