Join a dynamic team where youll lead end to end data integration initiatives that power reliable insight driven decisions across clinical this role youll contribute to the Global Clinical Data Integration Team mission: providing clinical data management technical expertise and services that enable the efficient capture integration and delivery of data to accelerate decision making in support of advancing Research Lab pipeline.
Youll manage a high performing team ensure delivery excellence and align your functions objectives with the organizations broader strategy focused on quality speed and patient impact.
Activities may include but are not limited to:
Leadership & People Management
Lead coach and develop a team: set priorities define clear OKRs/KPIs and build individual development plans.
Allocate work ensure training/enablement and manage workloads realistically.
Conduct performance reviews provide ongoing feedback and lead annual appraisals.
Participate in hiring and when applicable oversee contingent/temporary staff.
Delivery & Operations
Ensure business deliverables and SLAs are met with high quality.
Anticipate risks remove roadblocks and escalate complex issues when needed.
Drive quality through system testing QA and adherence to compliance standards.
Continuous Improvement & Governance
Lead standardization documentation (SOPs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay current on process technology and regulatory changes; share best practices.
Evolve operating frameworks performance metrics and functional maturity.
Qualifications Skills & Experience
What youll bring (Must haves)
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
2 years of people management experience (performance development coaching).
Desirable hands-on experience in software implementation software development or data integration or clinical data management.
Strong project management decision-making.
Ability to build productive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Functional stakeholders. functional stakeholders.
Leadership with a focus on talent development and team growth.
Experience with system testing quality assurance and compliance.
Advanced English Proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
4 years in data engineering business intelligence data analytics or related data-management/clinical operations functions.
Desirable experience in clinical development
Familiarity with ETL/ELT and integration tools (e.g. Informatica Talend Azure Data Factory dbt Databricks Phyton SAS R) SQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL SQL Server Snowflake) and APIs.
Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) and Agile methodologies.
