Education
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
Certification/Licensure
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
Required
- Three years of related experience is required in operations information technology and reporting.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and the ability to produce accurate actionable operational reporting. - Business to technical translation skills
Proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical or functional requirements for system configuration or operational solutions. - High attention to detail
Demonstrated attention to detail accuracy - Training - creating job aids policies and processes. Teaching others
Preferred
- Contract lifecycle and CLM system experience
Demonstrated experience supporting contract lifecycle processes and working within a CLM platform preferably Icertis. - Process understanding and improvement capability
Ability to understand end to end business processes identify gaps or inefficiencies and support process improvement efforts. - Experience with Share Point Power BI Power Apps
- Experience doing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Problem-solving - structured problem-solving in a complex operational environment.
