TheDirect Hire Talent Partnerwill source recruit pre-screen interview & recommend top talent to leadership for Sales Service & Support positions across 20 states. You will own the talent acquisition lifecycle and drive continuous improvement while building & managing a strong talent pipeline. You will create and execute Out-of-the-Box Recruiting & Sourcing Strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will serve as a trusted partner to leadership while aligning talent & business goals and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Background Profile:

  • High School graduate or GED required; Bachelors degree - Preferred
  • Human Resources Certification or PHR- Preferred
  • 3 years of Full-Cycle Recruiting experience within Insurance Financial Services or Sales industries
  • You are a Motivated Self-Starter with Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • You enjoy building relationships with candidates & hiring managers to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
  • You are Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented with an ability to manage multiple requisitions at one time working within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven results sourcing building & maintaining a pipeline of passive talent using LinkedIn Indeed & other Out-of-the-Box Strategies
  • You are Tech Savvy with HRIS & ATS Systems Dayforce experience is a Plus
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent U.S. Resident - No sponsorships or C2C will be considered
