DescriptionSummary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and delivering projects on time within scope and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans including scope goals deliverables timelines resources and budget.
- Manage daytoday project execution ensuring progress toward milestones.
- Facilitate project kickoffs status meetings and stakeholder reviews.
- Stakeholder & Team Management
- Coordinate crossfunctional project teams and clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Communicate proactively on project status risks issues and decisions.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project issues escalate when necessary and drive resolution.
- Adjust project plans and resources based on changing priorities.
- Process & Quality Assurance
- Ensure project documentation is complete accurate and maintained throughout.
- Drive adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct project postmortems and implement lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years experience in an industrial environment managing large-scale industrial projects including equipment de/commissioning green and brown fields closures and transfers
- Projects must have presented a substantial level of complexity: regulatory engineering financial people etc and scale
- Ability to be very hands-on but alsothe ability to interact with executive leadership at an appropriate level
- Preference for individuals who have been trained in organizations with a strong Project Management corporate tradition
- Functional Spanish is a definite asset
