Coach for Success:Provide regular impactful coaching to your team helping them achieveand exceedperformance goals. Your guidance will be crucial in shaping their professional journeys.
Drive Improvement:Spot performance challenges and develop strategic action plans to elevate performance. Implement changes motivate your team and celebrate their successes.
Exceed Expectations:Ensure our service not only meets but surpasses contractual KPIs and financial expectations. Your dedication will shine through in every customer interaction.
Communicate and Connect:Engage your team through regular meetings and open forums. Your communication skills will keep everyone informed inspired and ready to tackle challenges.
Be the Expert:Step in as a subject matter expert when escalated customer calls come your way. Your expertise will turn challenges into opportunities.
Stay Ahead:Keep yourself updated on internal processes policies and procedures. Your commitment to growth will be supported through manager development training.

Who You Are:
You have an associates degree in a related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Youre a go-getter ready to develop and coach team members to reach dazzling performance heights.
Pressure No problem! You thrive under it and see tasks through to completion.
Communication is your forte both in writing and speaking.
You excel in leading teams with multitasking prioritization and meeting timelines.
Youre eager to mentor and provide clear direction driving your team toward success.
Flexibility Youve got it! Youre willing to adapt your schedule to meet team and business needs.
