Your Role

In this roleyoull:
Help plan and organize project activities including setting goals and tracking tasks.
Support team meetings by preparing schedules taking notes and following up on actions.
Keep track of important project deadlines and deliverables making sure everything stays on track.
Identifyand report any issues or risks that could slow downprogress andhelp find solutions.
Keep project files and documents organized and up to date.
Communicate with team members and stakeholders to share updates and coordinate activities.
Manage team calendars meetinglogistics and follow-ups.
Take on other tasks to support the Project Manager and team as needed.

Were looking for someone who:
Isorganized pays attention to details and follows through on tasks.
Communicates clearly and confidently both in writing and speaking.
Enjoysworking in a team and can coordinate activities with others.
Iscomfortable working with deadlines and structured processes.
Has basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods (or is willing tolearn).
Canuse Microsoft tools like Teams Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Hassome experience in project support or coordination (butitsnot essentialwellhelp you learn!).
Other Requirements
You must be an Australian citizen.
You need to hold or be eligible for NV1 security clearance.
You should be available to startimmediately.
