Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance workflow and process improvements. SOP Maintenance.
- Enforcement of internal controls and SOX requirements to protect against fraudulent activities and report identified discrepancies to management.
- Excellent time-management skills and work under minimal supervision in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently research and resolve issues.
- Timely and accurate response to help desk inquiries. Assist with resolving aged items.
- Liaise with our internal / external business partners performing routine audits.
- Maintain confidentiality related to investigative audits.
- At the discretion of the Accounts Payable Shared Services Manager additional tasks and projects may be assigned
