We are seeking a skilled PLC / Automation Engineer to design program maintain and optimize PLC-based control systems in our cement processing and mining operations. The successful candidate will work closely with electrical instrumentation and operations teams to support plant automation and continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled PLC / Automation Engineer to design program maintain and optimize PLC-based control systems in our cement processing and mining operations. The successful candidate will work closely with electrical instrumentation and operations teams to support plant automation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop modify and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial control systems (Siemens Allen-Bradley Schneider or similar).
- Maintain and upgrade PLC SCADA and industrial automation systems to ensure reliable plant operation.
- Prepare update and test logic diagrams HMI screens and control strategies.
- Provide technical support during commissioning process changes and shutdowns.
- Troubleshoot automation control system failures and instrument issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and engineering standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Controls Instrumentation Mechatronics or similar engineering discipline.
Minimum 37 years experience in PLC programming and industrial automation preferably in heavy industry or cement/manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of PLCs DCS SCADA systems and industrial networks.
Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting large-scale automation systems.
Familiarity with cement plant processes and instrumentation (advantageous).
