What youll be doing (and why youll enjoy it)
You will take full responsibility for the leasing cycle from enquiry through to occupancy and ongoing client management. All leads are generated through marketing so your focus is on conducting viewings converting enquiries and maintaining strong occupancy levels. You will coordinate move ins and move outs manage customer queries follow up on payments keep system administration accurate and ensure the facility is secure and running smoothly. You will enjoy this role because you have genuine ownership of your sites clear visibility of your performance and the ability to directly influence your results.

Where youll be doing it
Our client is a growing property and storage services business operating multiple secure facilities across Cape Town. They provide a practical customer focused approach. The environment is hands on accountable and performance driven offering real responsibility at site level. You will be based at various sites and your working week will be Monday to Friday.

What youll need
You will be required to have a matric qualification and experience in building or facility management would be advantageous as would leasing exposure. Strong retail managers with a proven sales track record are also well suited. You must be organised system proficient physically comfortable moving around site and confident managing customers professionally.
