Skillbridge Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our Baton Rouge office. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills clear communication abilities and a proactive mindset to support daily operations and enhance the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
Provide accurate information regarding company services and processes
Maintain and update client records in internal systems
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client matters efficiently
Assist with appointment scheduling documentation and follow-up communications
Support administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations
Contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment
Qualifications :
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor and customer-oriented approach
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
