Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client accounts ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
Present product and service information clearly and professionally
Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and increase account value
Prepare reports track performance metrics and maintain accurate documentation
Coordinate with leadership to develop and implement account strategies
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client inquiries
