Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Account Representative to join our Houston this role you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients ensuring seamless communication account management and consistent service delivery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented solution-driven and confident in managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client accounts ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Present product and service information clearly and professionally

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and increase account value

  • Prepare reports track performance metrics and maintain accurate documentation

  • Coordinate with leadership to develop and implement account strategies

  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client inquiries
