Job Summary

Role: Investment Performance Business Analyst Private Markets
Location: Princeton NJ / Boston MA (Hybrid 23 Days Onsite Local/Nearby Only)
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire
Experience: 10 Years

Note: The candidate must have mandatory experience in Private Credit. Experience with Geneva will be considered a strong advantage. Additionally exposure to data-related projects is highly preferred.

Must Have:

Strong experience in Private Credit (Mandatory)
1015 years as Business Analyst / Functional Consultant in Financial Services
Deep knowledge of Private Markets deal lifecycle (fund raising commitments distributions)
Strong understanding of Fund Accounting Alternative Investments
Experience in Portfolio Performance Measurement & Attribution
Exposure to tools like Geneva (Preferred) Investran Allvue
Experience with benchmarking risk analysis & performance reconciliation
Knowledge of GIPS standards & US regulatory reporting
Strong BA experience (BRD FRD Use Cases Process Flows)
Experience managing end-to-end implementations (Agile/Waterfall)

Nice to Have:

Exposure to Alts data providers (Bloomberg FactSet Morningstar SS&C Alpha etc.)
Data projects exposure (ML/statistical modeling basics preferred)
